All returns must be notified of within 7 days of receipt to : sales@byweavecollection.com

and instructions will be delivered.

Garment must be returned unworn and with original tags on not tampered with.

Garments may only be returned if faulty for a full refund.

Garments that are change of mind will receive a credit note.

Garments that do not fit will be offered an exchange.

BWC offer a full fit service for your garments if the fit is incorrect.

In house free service for purchases over $400.00
